Tissue Paper Painting

This was a fun experiment! I cut up a bunch of tissue paper into little squares and Laurel added water on top of the pieces as she added them to the page.

Once it dried the tissue paper fell off and had left behind some color (I suggest using porous paper like watercolor paper). Then we used some paint and a few recycled objects to stamp on top. I chose to just pull out black paint for this part to keep it simple but you could do lots of colors, its up to you! You could even glue some pieces of tissue paper back on if you wanted. Just explore!
